U bevind zich op de download pagina voor het (voormalige) joti-irc programma, gebaseerd op adiirc met scripts gemaakt door Martin “Coldforged” Boer & Gert-Jan “geejee” Havermans.
Het wordt hier nog aangeboden door Martin op vrijwillige basis en af en toe bijgewerkt voor Windows machines, maar is niet meer verbonden aan scoutlink.
Problemen kunnen gemeld worden op IRC in #dutch, maar er wordt niet ingegaan op grote wijzigingen, enkel bugs door nieuwe adiirc versies zullen aangepakt worden.

Installatie is eenvoudig: Download het zip bestand en pak het uit in een folder. Zorg ervoor dat het zogenaamde pad geen spaties bevat (bijvoorbeeld: C:/Users/Default/Desktop/jotiirc, maar niet C:/Program Files/jotiirc!).
Het programma zal normaal starten, maar de updates zullen niet naar behoren werken. Maak een snelkoppeling naar het bestand AdiIRC.exe op het bureaublad en start de chat client.

Het is mogelijk dat een update een fout rapporteerd dat het bestand upp.exe niet klopt. Dat kan door een foutieve url of download zijn van de updater. Laat de updater dan wel de scripts updaten. Sluit de jotiirc client en herstart het.
Er wordt dan overnieuw gevraagd voor een update, en deze keer zal het wel lukken om adiirc te updaten naar de juiste versie.
Mocht ook dit niet baten, dan zal de juiste zipfile gedownload moeten worden en de inhoud daarvan over de oude software heen gekopieerd moeten worden.

Installation is simple: Download the zip file and extract it to a folder. Make sure that there is no space in the folder path (for example: C:/Users/Default/Desktop/jotiirc, but not C:/Program Files/jotiirc).
It will run with a space in the path, but the updates will not function properly.
Make a shortcut on the desktop to the file AdiIRC.exe in the folder you extracted jotiirc in, and start it.
Unfortunately, there is no english PDF file with instructions.
updates
It is possible that an update ends in an error about upp.exe. This might happen due to a faulty url or download of the updater. Make sure the scripts are updated and close jotiirc.
When restarting jotiirc, it should now correctly update adiirc to the correct version.
If this still fails, download the zip file and copy the entire contents over the old software.
